Getting in
- How does check-in work?
- We email your door code the day of arrival. Enter it at the keypad — that's it. No front desk, no app to download, no keys to lose. Standard check-in is from 15:00.
- Can I check in early or late?
- Your code works from your scheduled check-in time. If you arrive earlier, WhatsApp us — we'll do our best to clear the room and release your code sooner. Late arrivals aren't a problem: the code stays valid 24/7.
- What if my code doesn't work?
- Message us on WhatsApp or call — we're available 24/7 and can reset or resend in under a minute.
Your stay
- What's included in the rate?
- The room, fast WiFi, fresh linens, and all the essentials. Parking is free on-site at every ASKA property. Breakfast and late check-out are optional add-ons at checkout.
- Is there daily housekeeping?
- Stays of three nights or more include one complimentary mid-stay clean on the third morning. Need a clean any other day — or on a shorter stay? Add a Stayover clean (€28) at checkout.
- Is breakfast available?
- Yes — add it at checkout for €28 per person, per day.
Booking & rates
- How does the member rate work?
- Free sign-up unlocks 15% off every ASKA stay, on every property, from the first night. No points, no tiers, no expiry. Sign in before you book to see it applied automatically.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Flexible rates can be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival for a full refund. Non-refundable rates are lower in exchange for no changes. You'll see which you've chosen at checkout.
- Do you price-match other sites?
- Yes. If you find the same room at a lower public rate elsewhere, we'll match it and give you an extra 10% off. See our Best Rate Guarantee for details.
