The booking and the email.
You book direct at aska.com — sixty seconds if you're a member, maybe two if you're not. The confirmation lands in your inbox with the address, the WhatsApp number, and a reminder about check-in time.
The morning of your arrival, we send a second email with your smart-lock PIN and a walk-up map for the property entrance. You don't need to install anything. You don't need to call ahead.
No front desk, no queue.
You walk up to the keypad at the main door and enter your PIN. The door unlocks. You find your room on the floor indicated in the email, enter the same PIN at the room door, and you're in.
Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive early, WhatsApp us — we'll do our best to get the room ready earlier. Members get 14:00 check-in by default, subject to availability; non-members can add it at checkout for €25.
